I spent twenty years on the vendor side of radiation oncology, and for most of them I was the person cancer programs negotiated against. I ran the oncology national accounts at GE HealthCare, global strategic operations at ViewRay, the global commercial organization at Mevion, and some of the biggest national accounts at Varian.
Today I run Medsolve Dynamics, an oncology consulting firm built for programs navigating margin compression, capital decisions they can't take back, and technology promises that don't match the workflow. I also take on executive-level work: board advisory, commercial leadership, and turnarounds in oncology and MedTech.
